★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Centro Yoshia é un luogo tranquillo, a dimensione umana, non la classica palestra...ma un centro dove praticare lo yoga e meditare, dove ritrovare un momento di pace, lontano dallo stress e da una vita quotidiana frenetica, dove puoi prendere consapevolezza del tuo corpo, rendendolo elastico, tonico, forte, pulito.... ....insegnante preparata, gentile e professionale!
The Yoshia Center is a quiet, human-sized place, not the classic gym ... but a center where you can practice yoga and meditate, where you can find a moment of peace, away from stress and a hectic daily life, where you can become aware of of your body, making it elastic, tonic, strong, clean .... prepared teacher, kind and professional!
