★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pratico yoga da qualche mese presso il Centro Tao di Messina(centro scoperto navigando in Internet)qui ho trovato un ambiente accogliente e un insegnante che conosce la tecnica ma non dimentica le persone.Mi sono avvicinata a questa disciplina perché desideravo ridurre lo stress e migliorare la forma fisica.Risultato ottenuto:alla fine di ogni lezione il benessere fisico e mentale prevale su tutto.Grazie Vincenzo?
I have been practicing yoga for a few months at the Tao Center in Messina (center discovered by surfing the Internet) here I found a welcoming environment and a teacher who knows the technique but does not forget people.I approached this discipline because I wanted to reduce stress and improve physical fitness.Result obtained: at the end of each lesson, physical and mental well-being prevails over everything. Un luogo dove in allegria si può fare un percorso di crescita ,con professionisti preparati e seri..... certo serio non è il termine adatto per il maestro Vincenzo??? ...lui riesce con spensieratezza a condurre le classi di yoga facendoti anche divertire. Il centro Tao è una grande famiglia ❤

Ed il Centro Tao è il luogo migliore in cui poter praticare poter fluire e anche divertirsi un sacco! Con corsi, massaggi, eventi, corsi di formazione, meditazione, vacanze, giochi ecc... Ho incontrato gli amici del Centro Tao per la prima volta online e non me ne sono più separata! Vincenzo è super preparatissimo e molto professionale, lo Yoga in persona. Ognuno di noi dovrebbe intraprendere un percorso spirituale nella sua vita, e dovrebbe avere la possibilità di incontrare delle belle persone, come quelle che incontri al Centro Tao! 5 stelle+++++ consigliatissimo da parte mia!!!❤️?®️
