Ho preso una fetta di cheesecake e appena mi è stata consegnata mi è stato detto di aspettare 20 minuti perché si scongelasse (era in frigo a -18 gradi), ho chiesto di cambiarla con qualcos'altro visto che non potevo aspettare tutto quel tempo ma la ragazza si è rifiutata dicendo che ormai l'aveva uscita dal frigo. Hanno provato a scongelarla in maniera più rapida in laboratorio ma il risultato non è stato granché: la crema era ancora congelata all'interno e aveva perso il gusto. Avrei gradito essere avvisato dell'attesa necessaria, in modo da scegliere direttamente altro. Inoltre non hanno il POS....nel 2021. I understand that they have recently opened but they need to improve. I took a slice of cheesecake and as soon as it was delivered to me I was told to wait 20 minutes for it to defrost (it was in the fridge at -18 degrees), I asked to change it for something else since I couldn't wait that long but the girl refused, saying that by now she had come out of the fridge. They tried to defrost it more quickly in the laboratory but the result was not great: the cream was still frozen inside and had lost its taste. I would have liked to have been notified of the necessary wait, in order to choose something else directly. They also don't have the POS .... in 2021.
M	Mary Frisone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo questo locale, yogurt buonissimo per non parlare delle crêpes. Locale pulitissimo, ragazze gentilissime. Lo consiglio vivamente. I love this place, yummy yogurt not to mention the crêpes. Spotless place, very kind girls. I highly recommend it.

E posso dire che oltre ad avere prodotti di qualità, e buonissimi, il personale si distingue per la gentilezza e simpatia! Consiglio di provare!! Io sicuramente andrò ogni volta che ne avrò bisogno!! Stesso discorso per lo yogurt , creme messe con un’ attenzione quasi chirurgica …. Tirchi .

Io ho preso la torta mousse cheesecake fiordilatte mi è stato riferito di aspettare un pochino il tempo che si ammorbidisse ma ne è valsa la pena aspettare. Solitamente non recensisco ma è importante dare il giusto riconoscimento a chi se lo merita. Clean and exquisite place, very nice the two girls my children took yogurt and waffles they say good especially the salted caramel that the girl recommended. I took the fiordilatte cheesecake mousse cake I was told to wait a little while for it to soften but it was worth the wait. I don't usually review but it is important to give due recognition to those who deserve it.

Quando vengo mi trovo molto a mio agio, anche perché a volte non so cosa prendere o che gusti utilizzare ma loro sanno consigliarmi per il meglio. Consiglio moltissimo il frappè al BAYLES ? oltre lo yogurt dove si sente la qualità sia nel gusto che nella consistenza. Brave continuate così, anche perché a Messina abbiamo bisogno di questo, freschezza e professionalità.??? New opening in an ideal place, you can stop and easily traceable, therefore in sight. Feminine, dynamic, courteous staff who know what they are doing. When I come I feel very at ease, also because sometimes I don't know what to take or what flavors to use but they know how to advise me for the best. I highly recommend the BAYLES milkshake ? as well as yogurt where you can feel the quality both in taste and in texture. Brave keep it up, also because in Messina we need this, freshness and professionalism
