Grazie a loro e a tutte le persone con cui ho praticato ho imparato ad apprezzare i tanti aspetti dello yoga e ho raggiunto livelli di elasticità, equilibrio psico-fisico e di rilassamento che non avrei mai nemmeno potuto immaginare. Il tutto in un ambiente accogliente e familiare che mi fa sentire sempre a mio agio.

Excellent gym for yoga and pilates. Among other things, one of the few with the Iyengar method. Very professional teachers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento questa palestra di yoga da tantissimi anni e la consiglio di cuore. Ci sono diversi corsi di differenti tipologie di yoga e istruttori; corsi di pilates e ginnastica dolce. Ambiente tranquillo e gentile.
I have been attending this yoga gym for many years and I recommend it from the heart. There are several courses of different types of yoga and instructors; pilates and gentle gymnastics courses. Quiet and kind environment.
