Maikol (allenatore per le discipline da combattimento) e Stefano (personal trainer) sono giovani e tra i professionisti più preparati e professionali mai conosciuti. Con me Stefano è un generale durante gli allenamenti (purtroppo ha capito che se non fa così, cazzeggio. Ma con gli altri ha anche un cuore)
The gym is small, but extremely functional for the courses offered. Maikol (trainer for fighting disciplines) and Stefano (personal trainer) are young and among the most prepared and professional professionals ever known. With me Stefano is a general during training (unfortunately he realized that if he doesn't do that, I mess around. But with the others he also has a heart)

Troverete un ambiente sereno e accogliente, con dei ragazzi che non solo vi seguiranno al meglio, ma se vorrete cercheranno di trasmettervi le conoscenze per capire a fondo le discipline, crescere e divertirvi in sicurezza. C'è anche molta attenzione per chi vuole diventare agonista, che vogliate salire sul ring o mettervi alla prova in una delle varie discipline che propongono.
In this gym I started practicing muay thai and weight lifting. You will find a serene and welcoming environment, with young people who will not only follow you in the best possible way, but if you want, they will try to pass on the knowledge to fully understand the disciplines, grow and have fun in safety. There is also a lot of attention for those who want to become an agonist, whether you want to get into the ring or test yourself in one of the various disciplines they offer.
