★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrando in questa scuola di yoga mi sono sentita a casa fin da subito.Stefania è un'insegnante valida e professionale oltre che una Donna capace di comprendere le tue esigenze e capece di consigliarti al meglio per iniziare ad avvicinarti al mondo dello yoga.Il suo curriculum parla da solo. In questa scuola scoperto non solo lo yoga ,ma ho potuto approfondire lo studio delle scritture e dei testi indiani e la filosofia di vita indiana. Per chi amasse lo yoga i chi ne fosse incuriosito consiglio vivamente di recarsi in questa scuola...li' potreste scoprire nuove filosofie e noi stessi.
Entering this yoga school I felt at home right away.Stefania is a valid and professional teacher as well as a Woman capable of understanding your needs and understood to advise you in the best way to start approaching the world of yoga. curriculum speaks for itself. In this school I discovered not only yoga, but I was able to deepen the study of Indian scriptures and texts and the philosophy of Indian life. For those who loved yoga, those who were intrigued strongly recommend going to this school ... there you could discover new philosophies and ourselves.
