Le lezioni di hatha yoga sono intense e grazie alla professionalità di Annabella riesci a sentirti a tuo agio a prescindere che sia la tua prima volta in questo mondo o meno . Lo consiglio vivamente sia ai turisti che desiderano concedersi qualche momento di benessere interiore , sia ai residenti che vogliono sperimentare questo mondo .

The hatha yoga classes are intense and thanks to Annabella's professionalism you can feel at ease regardless of whether it is your first time in this world or not. I highly recommend it both to tourists who want to indulge in a few moments of inner well-being, and to residents who want to experience this world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a dream! Annabelle G is a true master. Her techniques are spot on. She looks for alignment and I learned more in one class than years of Yoga in NYC! I experienced a massage as well that left me feeling open and aligned after 60 minutes. What a treasure!! Visit this studio no matter how long you stay in this magical town!! Namaste

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My trip to Italy was being marred by knee pain so I was very fortunate to find this masseuse. I had tried someone else (Californian massage) earlier in the week and had a left feeling oiled. Annabella Genovese was a completely different story. She worked methodically, with clear purpose and obvious knowledge using shiatsu techniques. I love good massages and shiatsu massages in particular. I was so impressed I booked another massage 2 days later for the following day. Having now finished my second massage I feel better alligned than I have in ages, and thankfully my knees are improving. I only wish she was near to my home so I could visit regularly.

Lucky me for finding her on my second last day on Sicily, but wish I would have had time to come back for more sessions :-). Love from Holland

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will be lucky to have this master of shiatsu touch you. I arrived looking for acupuncture and instead took shiatsu massage. Annabella is obviously a teacher. I have had 1000 massages and this was one of the best. If you want to real healer in a perfect environment you must come to this place. If you wish to learn I would imagine Would not make a better choice. If you have never had bodywork this introduction is better than the finest bottle of wine to make you relax and enjoy your body.
