Riesce a migliorare il livello di tutti gli allievi, a qualsiasi livello siano. Le lezioni non sono mai tutte uguali, c'è sempre qualcosa di nuovo e di diverso da fare
Si entra in aula solo con il sorriso!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yoga con Alga è un momento che ci si prende per stare bene☺️, grande professionalità, grande attenzione ai bisogni di ognuno e spiegazioni talmente chiare che si potrebbe fare lezione ad occhi chiusi guidati dalla sua voce. Mi sento di consigliarlo a chi si avvicina per la prima volta a questa pratica ma anche a chi non è a “digiuno”??
Yoga with Alga is a moment that you take to feel good☺️, great professionalism, great attention to everyone's needs and explanations so clear that you could take a lesson with your eyes closed guided by his voice. I would like to recommend it to those approaching this practice for the first time but also to those who are not "fasting" ??
