Inoltre hanno avuto il coraggio di chiedermi altri soldi per la ristampa della tesi. Non tornerò mai più in questo posto, decidono loro per il cliente senza ascoltare le sue esigenze. Mancano di professionalità.
Incompetent. They didn't respect the file I provided for printing the cover of the thesis and when I pointed it out they denied the error despite being completely different. They also had the courage to ask me for more money for the reprinting of the thesis. I will never go back to this place, they decide for the customer without listening to his needs. They lack professionalism.
