Ottimo il settore riservato ai bambini,diviso per fasce d'età, confortevole,ben organizzato. La biblioteca organizza inoltre incontri con i bambini in collaborazione con le scuole e gli asili durante l'anno scolastico; al sabato spesso vengono organizzati incontri di lettura fiabe per bambini di diverse fasce di eta'; molti poi sono i corsi e gli incontri formativi con varie professionalità organizzati per gli adulti durante tutto l'anno. Cozy, spacious, quiet, lots of books, computers and Internet, friendly and helpful staff. The area reserved for children is excellent, divided by age groups, comfortable, well organized. The library also organizes meetings with children in collaboration with schools and kindergartens during the school year; on Saturdays tales reading meetings are often organized for children of different age groups; then many are the courses and training meetings with various professionals organized for adults throughout the year.

È collegata alle altre biblioteche della provincia di Varese: se un libro non c'è è possibile prenotarlo e farlo arrivare da un'altra biblioteca. È possibile rendere i libri in qualunque biblioteca del "circuito". Servizio on line molto efficiente. Oltre ai libri, disponibili anche CD, sia video che musicali. Per me, la miglior biblioteca della zona. Well-stocked library, area dedicated to children, area for study and consultation on site. L'unica pecca sono i posti a sedere, che andrebbero resi più comodi in modo da garantire un'esperienza migliore. Anni fa ho avuto una brutta esperienza con una bibliotecaria piuttosto sgarbata, che sembrava "infastidita" da qualsiasi cosa. A parte queste piccole problematiche, nel contesto è una buona biblioteca. The Civic Library of Castellanza is a great place to study, read books and use a computer. The only flaw is the seating, which should be made more comfortable to ensure a better experience. Years ago I had a bad experience with a rather rude librarian who seemed "bothered" by everything. Aside from these minor issues, in context it is a good library.
