Il sito presenta un'interfaccia pubblicata in varie lingue, tra cui l'italiano... contatto telefonicamente il numero pubblicato nel loro web site, risponde un operatore in lingua tedesca... Chiedo parlando in inglese, se è in grado di parlare italiano, oppure in alternativa, in inglese... La risposta sorprendente "non parliamo italiano" con tono superficiale e poco professionale.. No, non ci siamo proprio, comunicazione pessima, pessimo servizio front office con la clientela... Com'è questa storia!?? Non siete un'azienda italiana!?? Oppure la clientela italiana, alla quale fate credere di fornire un servizio ITALIANO, in realtà è considerata di serie B!??? Allucinante, pubblicate sul vostro sito contenuti in lingua italiana, successivamente, bannate via clienti italiani!? Oltre tutto, che vi chiamano su consiglio di altri vostri clienti... una contraddizione unica... Forse voi, non ci vedete di buon occhio!??
