★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider meldet sich seit Tagen kein Techniker zu einem Problem, auch wenn dies am Telefon zugesagt wird. Es kann doch wohl nicht sein, dass der teuer bezahlte Dienst plötzlich aus unerklärlichen Gründen nicht mehr funktioniert (Eigenverschulden ausgeschlossen, das System ist ja so beschnitten da kann man selbst nichts verstellen), kein Techniker Rat weiß, mein komplettes Profil zurückgesetzt werden muss und dann mit dem System nicht mehr ordnungsgemäß gearbeitet werden kann. Ich erwarte eine umgehende Behebung meines Anliegens.
Unfortunately, no technician has reported a problem for days, even if this was promised on the phone. Surely it can't be that the expensive service suddenly stopped working for inexplicable reasons (no fault of your own, the system is so limited you can't change anything yourself), no technician knows what to do, my entire profile has to be reset and then the system can no longer be used properly. I expect an immediate resolution of my concern.
