Facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e dalla stazione ferroviaria, è invece sconsigliato per chi sopraggiunge in macchina poiché i pochi parcheggi pubblici (nelle strade prossimali) sono molto affollati. Il locale è vastamente illuminato e molto caldo, con un occhio di riguardo per la vetrinistica in generale. Le commesse si mostrano subito disponibili all'ingresso del cliente ed i prezzi, seppur al di sopra della media, rendono onore alla qualità del prodotto. Nota dolente è la differente attenzione data al cliente uomo: tralasciando il poco spazio dedito agli articoli per il sesso forte (cosa piuttosto comprensibile trattandosi di una catena per donne), ho potuto riscontrare un totale disinteresse da parte delle commesse che rispondono piuttosto frettolosamente dedicando il grosso delle attenzioni e del tempo alle clienti di sesso femminile. Ho dato la colpa ai saldi e all'imminente fine della stagione, ma credo che dovrebbe esserci più rifornimento visto che siamo agli inizi di agosto. Very nice and helpful staff, but I found few models regarding costumes and a noticeable lack of sizes. I blamed the sales and the impending end of the season, but I think there should be more refueling as we are in early August.
S	Simona Sanfilippo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alla commessa in cassa con voglia di lavorare zero, muso lungo, neanche il buongiorno mamma mia (penso che se non ti piace il contatto con il pubblico... cambia lavoro!) le ho semplicemente chiesto se c'era la misura di un articolo e mi ha subito risposto di no (senza neanche aver controllato) stavo quindi andando via, per fortuna arriva l'altra commessa (credo sia più giovane) che invece mi dice che avrebbe controllato lei in magazzino... l articolo c'era!!! Ho acquistato solo grazie a lei! Avrei dato 5 stelle ma con il modo di lavorare di quell altra commessa il livello del servizio scende molto secondo me! To the saleswoman at the checkout with a desire to work zero, long face, not even good morning mamma mia (I think if you don't like contact with the public ... change job!) I simply asked her if there was the size of an article and she immediately replied no (without even checking) I was therefore leaving, luckily the other saleswoman arrives (I think she is younger) who instead tells me that she would have checked in the warehouse ... the item was there! !! I bought only thanks to her! I would have given 5 stars but with the way that other saleswoman works, the level of service goes down a lot in my opinion!

The return policy within 2 weeks max is unacceptable !! At a minimum and like all large chains, they should extend it to 30 days. You lost a customer ...

Le sottovesti sono piene di fiori e ricordano i tessuti giapponesi. È stato molto piacevole confrontarsi. I think she was in charge and she was really nice and helpful. We had the opportunity to talk about the new trends by comparing them with those of the 70s. The petticoats are full of flowers and are reminiscent of Japanese fabrics.
