Mi viene regalata una camicia da notte dal prezzo di 39,95 +0,30 busta natalizia, volevo cambiare con le canottiere in promozione 4+1 omaggio, me ne vengono date solo 4 e mi viene detto di spendere altri 0,10 centesimi e prendo un paio di calzini, lo scontrino del cambio non esce ed arriva l'altra commessa e chiedo perché non mi viene dato l'omaggio, la risposta è stata perché è un cambio ed abbiamo questi ordini...faccio presente il mio disappunto, chiamano il responsabile ma senza esito. Mi viene solo detto di ritornare quando c'è lui e molto sgarbatamente mi viene detto"io sto lavorando da stamattina!" Esco dal negozio e mi accorgo di non avere lo scontrino del cambio con le canottiere ma solo dei calzini...ritorno e mi fanno aspettare e perdono tempo per non darmi retta, ma non era quello il problema chiedo lo scontrino delle canottiere e mi viene risposto "Signora ancora lei ma che vuole, torni domani " gli rispondo che non lavorano solo loro ed anche io non ho tempo! Lascio le canottiere e mi riprendo la vestaglia visto che avevo solo quello scontrino e quello dei calzini...quel negozio era chiuso ed è stato riaperto da poco ma con lo stesso personale sgarbato! Bad experience !!!
