★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bar strutturalmente carino, il personale deludente, sempre nervose, il sorriso e la cortesia non appartengono a questo locale. Sembra quasi che facciano una cortesia a servire.
Un sorriso migliorerebbe la giornata
Structurally nice bar, disappointing staff, always nervous, smile and courtesy don't belong to this place. It almost seems like they do a courtesy to serve.

I only give the three stars because the products are good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired especially considering the prices compared to the other ebolitani bars. The position inside the CC is convenient, but I don't recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio lascia molto a desiderare. Dipendenti maleducati e completamente ignoranti di come rapportarsi con il cliente. Esperienza personale: pago per un caffè macchiato; cerco di specificare alla barista che lo desidero in vetro; per tutta risposta ottengo una reazione aggressiva e irrispettosa. Lascio l'euro pagato per il caffè affinché lo si spenda in un corso di buona educazione per i dipendenti o proprietari che siano.
Una stella è pure troppo!
The service leaves a lot to be desired. Rude and completely ignorant employees of how to deal with the customer. Personal experience: I pay for a white coffee; I try to specify to the bartender that I want it in glass; in response I get an aggressive and disrespectful reaction. I leave the euro paid for the coffee to be spent on a good education course for employees or owners.
A star is too much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo: caffè servito al tavolo e rovesciato puntualmente sulle scarpe. Personale per niente cordiale e che non rispetta i protocolli anti-covid, assente oltre la mascherina tra i dipendenti anche il gel igienizzante per le mani.
Il caffè bruciato, è il minimo dei problemi. Sconsiglio vivamente
Bad service: coffee served at the table and punctually spilled on shoes. Staff not at all friendly and who do not respect anti-covid protocols, absent besides the mask among the employees also the hand sanitizing gel.
