L'unico consiglio è di non andare quando c'è la ressa perché le commesse diventano scostanti ed a tratti poco rispettose Well-stocked shop, helpful if slightly pushy staff. The only advice is not to go when there is a crowd because the orders become unfriendly and sometimes not very respectful

Quando sono andata a ritirarlo il negozio era affollato, 2 commesse gentili mi hanno chiesto di attendere e così ho fatto senza fretta o problemi. La commessa col caschetto ha iniziato a urlare il mio nome e cognome dicendo “che czz deve aspettare”. Non stavo facendo nulla e non mi stavo lamentando… Una gran maleducata, a differenza delle colleghe. I have collected an online order that has been delivered to this store. When I went to pick it up the shop was crowded, 2 nice shop assistants asked me to wait and so I did it without haste or problems. The saleswoman with the helmet started yelling my name and surname saying "that c * zz * has to wait". I was not doing anything and I was not complaining ... A very rude, unlike the colleagues.

Dovevo fare un cambio e avrei speso anche di più come differenza ma sono stata seguita meno di zero e anzi mi hanno fatto anche sentire quasi di fastidio liquidandomi più volte (se non fosse che dovevo cambiare un regalo me ne sarei andata). Faccio il loro stesso lavoro eppure non mi sognerei mai di servire così i clienti... non ci entrerò mai più. Staff very rude and absolutely not attentive to the sale. I had to make a change and I would have spent even more as a difference but I was followed less than zero and indeed they also made me feel almost annoyed by liquidating myself several times (if it weren't for the fact that I had to change a gift I would have left). I do their same job and yet I would never dream of serving customers like this ... I will never go into it again.
