S	Simone 80 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima palestra, con attrezzature all'avanguardia e in continuo aggiornamento. Molto spaziosa. Il personale preparato, e a differenza di altre palestre educato e poco invadente. Excellent gym, with cutting-edge equipment and constantly updated. Very spacious. The staff are trained, and unlike other gyms polite and unobtrusive.

Ha l'immenso vantaggio di essere ubicata in città (ci si arriva tranquillamente a piedi) e al tempo stesso di NON stare in un sotterraneo, quindi passa la luce solare, e non è affatto cosa da poco dato che non è per niente una cosa frequente per le palestre! La sala pesi è ampia e fornita, con assistenti di sala disponibili. Molto garbata la signora alla reception, Raffaella, e ho trovato onesto il fatto che diano la possibilità di fare due giornate di prova. Sono presenti molti corsi e diverse sale in cui praticarli, ma io personalmente mi sono sempre limitato alla sala pesi. It has the immense advantage of being located in the city (you can easily get there on foot) and at the same time of NOT staying in a basement, so sunlight passes, and it is not a trivial matter at all since it is not a thing at all frequent for gyms! The weight room is large and well-stocked, with room attendants available. The lady at the reception, Raffaella, is very polite, and I found it honest that they give the opportunity to do two days of testing. There are many courses and several rooms in which to practice them, but I personally have always limited myself to the weight room.

La sala pesi è molto bella ampia e ben attrezzata ed essendo un'atleta che partecipa a gare di body building l'ho apprezzata molto!! Inoltre ci sono 5 sale di cui una gigantesca dove fanno diverse lezioni e discipline anche molto ricercate (tipo aerial stupenda!!!) sia per adulti che per bambini... e infine gli spogliatoi!!! Sembra di essere in una SPA e non in spogliaroi di una palestra!! Sono rimasta veramente colpita!! I was at the inauguration and I was surprised because I found it complete at 360 ° !! m	marco donati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco pepe e niente di Extreme se non la fatica e le regole monastiche...si respira dopo...ma se po allena in apnea uno?...a parte gli scherzi, tutto ok...vasta gamma di offerte de suda duro...personale gioviale e simpatico (così...così...però non se po ave tutto dalla vita) proposte di abbonamento giuste a prezzi unani...spero che il board legga la recensione così da ottenere qualche optional in + A little pepper and nothing Extreme if not the effort and the monastic rules ... you can breathe later ... but if you train one in apnea? ... Seriously, everything is ok ... wide range of offers de suda hard ... jovial and nice staff (so ... so ... but not if you have everything from life) right subscription proposals at unan prices ... I hope the board reads the review so as to get some extra options

Aperta tutti i giorni dalla mattina presto alla sera tardi... Possibile frequentare lezioni di zumba rowining aereal Ju jitsu e dispone di un ampio box crossfitt primo per serietà e professionalità nella città di rieti.. molti i corsi per bambini anche con attivita ludoiche ..possibilità di svolgere lezione in esterno nei mesi più caldi.. bagni puliti e ben curati con docce e specchi.. prezzi ottimi.. consigliatissima Modern gym well cleaned and welcoming. .It develops on the ground floor with large windows and a large parking lot .. offers many courses at different times. . Open every day from early morning to late evening ... Possible to attend zumba rowining aereal Ju jitsu lessons and has a large cross-pit box first for seriousness and professionalism in the city of rieti .. many courses for children also with ludic activities .. possibility to carry out lessons outside in the hottest months .. clean and well-kept bathrooms with showers and mirrors .. great prices .. highly recommended
