Locale ampio, ben aerato, ben ottimizzato, comodo e accessibile a tutti. Well-structured and organized gym, quick to reach and with dedicated parking. Large room, well ventilated, well optimized, comfortable and accessible to all.

Inoltre la palestra ha un'area attrezzi ben fornita (di cui non ho mai usufruito) che si vede essere ben tenuta, e pulita. Vedi sempre presente personale tecnico. Spogliatoio donne grande e ben tenuto con phon gratuito a disposizione. Palestra dove si svolgono le lezioni di karate è bella grande e pulita, munita di tappeti adatti. La palestra presenta anche una sala bella grande dove so che si svolgono altre lezioni di corpo libero. Presenta anche un parcheggio condivido con un'attività commerciale abbastanza grande e comodo. Consiglio questa palestra e in particolare le lezioni di karate. Gym where karate lessons are held for really nice kids and adults! Recommended for those who like this sport. I locali sono puliti, riscaldati in inverno, rinfrescati dal climatizzatore in estate. Gli spogliatoi hanno l'acqua calda nei servizi igienici, che non è cosa da nulla. Comodo ed ampio parcheggio. Cinque stelle più che meritate. Gym a few kilometers from Chieti station. It has large rooms and many courses, for adults and children. The premises are clean, heated in winter, cooled by air conditioning in summer. The changing rooms have hot water in the toilets, which is nothing. Convenient and ample parking. Five stars you deserve.

È sufficientemente spaziosa da non risultare affollata anche nei giorni e negli orari di massima affluenza ed è perciò piacevole allenarsi in ogni momento. Anche i prezzi sono ottimi, specie se si paragonano le strutture concorrenti. Se proprio si vuole trovare il pelo nell'uovo direi che sarebbe comodo un altro rack per lo squat che risulta l'unico strumento che può essere occupato o che bisogna alternarsi. La definisco comunque la migliore palestra in zona. Wide and comfortable, both for bodybuilding and for the courses it offers. E non essendo un esperta non ero in grado di gestire al meglio ne il tempo e ne gli esercizi giusti .. I went to them for a while. In the end I gave up as no one had made me a form to follow ...
