★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das XL Appartements ist wirklich eine kleine Ruhe und Erholungs Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und Fernseher. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, wasserdichter Töpfe etc.besonders gefallen hat mor die Terrasse und vorallem weil ein Teil in Glas gefasst ist so das man da sitzen kann. Dadurch kann man beim Essen wunderbar die Berge sehen und genießen. Vor dem Haus gibt es für jedes Appartement einen Parkplatz ( mit Häschen ? und Vögel sehr niedlich )
Besonders nach dem ski fahren haben wir die Sauna geschätzt. Es gibt einen Dampfsauna ( da wo der Obelisk drin steht ) und eine normale Sauna wo ca 5 Leute rein passen. Dazu gibt es noch ein geheiztes Becken mit blubber Funktion.
Besonders haben wir uns gefreut das wir ein appartement dazu bekommen haben, wir waren zu 5. Und einer hätte sonst auf dem Sofa schlafen müssen und so hatte doch jeder sein Bett. Armin ist wirklich sehr nett und hilft gerne. Vorallen für größere Gruppen bis 8 lohnt es sich zwei appartement nebeneinander zu nehmen da man den essbereivh öffnen kann und dann alle zusammen sind ohne über den Hausflur hin und her zu gehen.
Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl im Haus für alle die nicht so gut zu Fuß sind, einen Ski Raum und eine Waschmaschine.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß. Das ski Gebiet Speikboden ist mit dem Bus der fast vor der Haustür fährt erreichbar
Fazit es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen :)
 The XL apartments is really a little rest and recreation property. The rooms are spacious and each room has its own bathroom with shower and television. The kitchen has everything you need has fallen etc.besonders stove, microwave, coffee maker, pots waterproof mor the terrace and especially because one part is in focus in glass so that you can sit there. This you can see the mountains and enjoy the food wonderful. Before the house there is a parking for each apartment (with bunnies and birds ? very cute)
Drive particularly after the ski we appreciated the sauna. There is a steam room (there where the obelisk stands there) and a normal sauna where about 5 people fit in. Plus, there's a heated pool with blubber function.
Especially, we have been looking forward we've got a apartment to we were otherwise have to sleep on the sofa at 5. And one would have and yet each had his bed. Armin is really very nice and willing to help. Vorallen for larger groups to 8 it is worth two apartment next to each other to take because you can open the essbereivh and then all together to go without the hall back and forth.
There is an elevator in the house for all who are not so good on foot, a ski room and a washing machine.
Shops are about 5-10 minutes. The ski area Speikboden reachable by bus which runs almost at the front door
Conclusion It has us very well here :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren eine Woche in den XL Appartements und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist schön und neu und der Wellnessbereich bietet viele Möglichkeiten (Sauna, Dampfsauna und Whirlpool) zur Entspannung. Zudem läuft man nur 2 min zum Skibus.
Armin als Gastgeber kümmert sich außerdem sehr gut um seine Gäste und steht bei allen Fragen bereit.
We stayed in the XL apartments for a week and can highly recommend the accommodation. The equipment is nice and new and the wellness area offers many possibilities (sauna, steam room and jacuzzi) for relaxation. In addition, it is only a 2-minute walk to the ski bus.
Armin, as the host, also takes good care of his guests and is available to answer any questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren bereits zwei mal bei Armin. Einmal im Sommer und einmal im Winter. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Familien einfach genial. Armin ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber und die Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind fast grenzenlos. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
We have already been to Armin's twice. Once in summer and once in winter. The apartment is just great for two families. Armin is super friendly and accommodating. Everything is neat and clean and the possibilities in the area are almost limitless. We would love to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne Penthousewohnung mit allem, was man so braucht ausgestattet. Super Blick in die Schneeberge, supernetter Vermieter der sich sehr um seine Gäste kümmert und immer erreichbar ist. Geschmackvoll ausgestatteter Wellnessbereich im Keller mit Sauna, Dampfbad und Whirlpool. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse, prima funktionierender Aufzug und, sehr wichtig, unser Hund war willkommen. Fast perfekt, ein klein wenig mehr Stauraum ( Schrank f. Kleidung ) wäre fein, dann müsste man nicht aus dem Koffer leben.
Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen für 2 Personen
Beautiful penthouse apartment equipped with everything you need. Great view of the snowy mountains, super nice landlord who takes great care of his guests and is always available. Tastefully equipped wellness area in the basement with sauna, steam bath and whirlpool. Very nice roof terrace, well-functioning elevator and, most importantly, our dog was welcome. Almost perfect, a little more storage space (closet for clothes) would be nice, then you wouldn't have to live out of a suitcase.
Conclusion: Highly recommended for 2 people
