★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistata Xerox WorkCentre 6515, non ha mai funzionato. Dopo 4 mesi di chiamate al loro SERVIZIO DI ASSISTENZA (a cui abbiamo dovuto rispiegare tutte le volte ogni cosa) ancora non siamo giunti a niente.
Per favore qualcuno intervenga per fermarli!
Purchased the Xerox WorkCentre 6515, it never worked. After 4 months of calls to their ASSISTANCE SERVICE (to which we have had to explain everything every time) we still have not reached anything.
Please someone to stop them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stampante Xerox Workcentre 6515V con un anno e mezzo. Pagata 400 euro a Settembre 2017 ora è guasta e propongono una riparazione a 439 euro. A me sembra assurdo, ormai costa nuova meno di 300 euro.
In ufficio abbiamo sempre avuto varie stampanti Xerox e ne siamo sempre rimasti molto soddisfatti ma questa volta siamo delusi, non ci capacitiamo di come possano chiedere per la riparazione più del valore a nuovo.
La stampante ha un anno e cinque mesi, macchina da 50.000 copie/mese che viene usata per neppure un ventesimo del suo ciclo di funzionamento mensile.
Non ci aspettavamo un intervento in garanzia ma una riparazione ad una cifra più ragionevole.
Scritto per segnalare l'accaduto neppure si preoccupano di rispondere.
Xerox Workcentre 6515V Printer with a year and a half. Paid 400 euros in September 2017 is now broken and propose a repair of 439 euros. It seems absurd to me, now costs less than 300 euros new.
In the office we have always had several Xerox printers and we have always been very satisfied but this time we are disappointed, we do not understand how they can ask for the repair more of the new value.
The printer has a year and five months, 50,000 copies / month machine that is used for not even one twentieth of its monthly operating cycle.
We did not expect a warranty intervention but a repair to a more reasonable amount.
Written to report the incident they do not even bother to answer.

all'inizio è soltanto una battaglia d'imparare a come usare (collegamento via netwok: missione top difficile, scan to pc: missione fallita, avviare scan con xerox: inesistente etc.), e dopo 26 mesi, stampare e/o scansione è un gioco alla Lotteria, raramente funziona, devo riaccendere pc e stampante più volte per "riparare". Provando a reinstallare il Driver, dice che non trova la stampante xerox che è collegata tramite il cavo usb al pc... certo che non lo va, è una stampante fantasma, appare quando ne ha la voglia.
Personal experience with the WorkCenter 3335 printer:
at the beginning it is just a battle of learning how to use (connection via net: mission difficult top, scan to pc: mission failed, start scan with xerox: nonexistent etc.), and after 26 months, printing and / or scanning is a lottery game, it rarely works, I have to turn the pc and printer back on several times to "repair".
