Io ci vado spesso per ceretta pedicure massaggi e anche se i trattamenti non li eseguo con la stessa persona posso dire che sono tutte solari e competenti.. Consiglio Xenia Palace anche per la presenza del parcheggio interno che evita rotture come ritardi agli appuntamenti e problemi di parcheggio a pagamento.. Complimenti a tutto lo staff. Le ragazze sono bravissime per la manicure e la pedicure, meno per i massaggi che se li fanno pagare cari per il servizio prestato. C'è un bel parcheggio e soprattutto un bar superfornitissimo. La ragazza prima mi ha chiesto se io volevo le cuticole pulite (che voleva dire ...? Ho prenotato la pedicure ????) ha invaso i bordi con il semi permanente l’ha fatto asciugare quando me ne sono accorta gliel’ho detto la sua risposta era seguente “ora non so come toglierlo”. E l’ho costretta a finire il lavoro come si deve sennò non uscivo dalla stanza col lavoro fatto male. Dopo dovevo fare anche la manicure russa. L’estetista ha iniziato benINO però mi ha semplicemente spinto le cuticole e me le ha lasciate. Forse dovevo portarmele a casa, secondo lei. Gliel’ho fatto notare al che mi ha detto “ha le cuticole rosse e se gliele tolgo esce il sangue”. Mai successo con un’estetista che sa fare il suo lavoro. Anche qui ho dovuto costringerla a togliere le cuticole spinte (morte) senza sangue. Allora al banco quando mi hanno chiesto se volevo già prendere il prossimo appuntamento ho risposto decisamente “NO”. Impegno equivale a zero. La velocità non serve a niente con un servizio del genere. Sono stata la rompiscatole però voglio dire è la cura dei dettagli che fa tornare il cliente e non la quantità degli smalti o la gentilezza inutile. Total disappointment. I do not recommend. I was the pain in the ass, but I mean it's the attention to detail that makes the customer come back and not the quantity of glazes or useless kindness.
