★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo,ho cambiato il display il venerdì sabato era già crepato con la protezione del vetro temperato intatto....la sua risposta e’ stata che dal momento che si esce dal negozio lui non vuole sapere niente.....ci sono tanti cinesi affidabili in via padova non e’ il suo caso....come si dice .... il risparmio non e’ mai guadagno!!!!!! Sconsigliatissio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come molti negozi cinesi, tantissimi prodotti, un ordine che sembra disordine, ma in cui i titolari, molto efficienti, si muovono rapidamente e con sicurezza. Prima di arrivare in questo negozio, sono passato inutilmente in altri due esercizi di telefonia "ufficiali". Qui mi hanno risolto il problema in pochi minuti, con efficienza e cortesia, anche se con un certo distacco. Qualche sorriso in più e un po' di polvere in meno e meriterebbe 5 stelle.
Like many Chinese stores, many products, an order that seems disorder, but in which the very efficient owners move quickly and safely. Before arriving at this shop, I went unnecessarily to two other "official" telephony establishments. Here they solved the problem in a few minutes, with efficiency and courtesy, albeit with a certain detachment. A few more smiles and a little less dust and deserves 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al momento 1 sola stella.. se accettano di riparare al loro errore, modifico questa votazione. Hanno sostituito lo schermo del mio vecchio s5. Non è saldo dentro la cornice. Alla minima pressione sprofonda... eppure ho scelto di mettere un touch originale.
Per il momento ho "buttato 130 euro!
Vedremo se saranno professionali riparando al loro errore.
Purtroppo non sono di Milano e ho chiesto a una persona di portarlo da loro in riparazione....

sono andata per far riparare il display e torno a casa con una macchia sullo scermo, un collegamento della batteria fatto con i piedi e il cip del wi-fi rotto. si rifiutano di risarcirmi, il negozio peggiore in cui io sia stata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imbarazzante, state lontani. Mi chiedono 300€ per cambiare un componente del pc dicendo “non si accende proprio”. Arrivo, prendo il pc, e lo accendo… non è neanche malafede, è follia.
Embarrassing, stay away. They ask me for € 300 to change a component of the pc saying “it doesn't turn on at all”. I arrive, I take the pc, and I turn it on… it is not even bad faith, it is madness.
