★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeśli coś kosztuje mniej niż okrągła kwota kasjer nie wydaje reszty bo... nie ma. Nie miałem już ? i reszta która był mi winien to kawa w kafejce obok.
 If something costs less than a round, the cashier does not pay the rest because ... there is not. I did not have ? anymore and the rest that owed me was the coffee in the cafe next door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hubo una confusión con el precio de un producto. Un señor alto con barba rasa que estaba en la caja tuvo un trato muy grosero. Tras pagar y estando todavía en la caja nos dimos cuenta de que un precio no era correcto por lo que queríamos descambiar el producto. Nos dijo que el precio era correcto porque la máquina no se equivoca y que tendríamos que esperar de nuevo la cola si queríamos devolverlo. Tras insistir y comprobar otro dependiente que efectivamente el precio no figuraba donde debía estar en la estantería, accedió con mal humor a la devolución. Entiendo el estrés al que está sometido pero quien presta un servicio de cara al público tiene que ser más competente.
There was a confusion with the price of a product. A tall man with a flat beard who was in the box had a very rude treatment. After paying and still in the box we realized that a price was not correct for what we wanted to exchange the product. He told us that the price was correct because the machine is not wrong and that we would have to wait for the queue again if we wanted to return it. After insisting and checking another dependent that the price did not appear where it should be on the shelf, he agreed with a bad mood to return. I understand the stress to which you are subjected but whoever provides a service for the public has to be more competent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da napoletano ci tengo a precisare che mi vergogno di essere paragonato a questa gente!
“Il friariello” che lavora alla cassa un giovanotto sulla 30ina ha cercato di farmi pagare i prodotti due volte con prezzi maggiorati, in più essendo in duty free mi ha caricato le tasse sullo scontrino, questa è frode! Ladri!
Non alimentare questi comportamenti camorristi, semplicemente non comprate! Il negozio in questione è questi pubblicato in foto!
As a Neapolitan I want to point out that I am ashamed of being compared to these people!
“Il friariello” who works at the checkout a young man in his 30s tried to make me pay for the products twice with higher prices, plus being in duty free he charged me the taxes on the receipt, this is fraud! Thieves!
Don't feed these Camorra behaviors, just don't buy! The shop in question is these published in the photo!

Per un punto di passaggio “veloce” vanno pensato un checkout più snello
Assortimento vasto e … mozzarelle da prendere al volo (a parte la coda in cassa) ☺️
Testers not available but above all only one open box and therefore some people "give up"
A more streamlined checkout should be thought of for a "fast" crossing point
Vast assortment and… mozzarella to be taken on the fly (apart from the queue at the cash desk) ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Очень приличный магазин. Выбор продукции большой. Цены средние. Если есть время и деньги, то можно очень неплохо провести время. В отделе парфюмерии нет тестеров, в остальном всё прекрасно. Персонал ненавязчивый, никто не пристаёт с рекомендациями. Во время моего посещения были неплохие скидки.
A very decent store. The selection of products is large. The prices are average. If you have time and money, then you can have a very good time. There are no testers in the perfumery department, otherwise everything is fine. The staff is unobtrusive, no one bothers with recommendations. There were good discounts during my visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are liars. There was a liquor bottle with price 7€ but then when I try to pay they say 19€! It was a simple coffee liquor and you can find it cheaper outside. Believe me, I live here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is like the worst duty free in the world! Half of the shelves are empty. There are testers, but all are just empty bottles (put the new ones or simply throw these to the trash, will look better!).
Existing things are quite pricey (Aperol 1l for 25€, comparing to regular price of 12-13€). Magnets they sell are almost all broken.
There is no single person working except the cashier to whom you can address your questions.
Most of the prices are not visible. So you can either risk or go to the cashier to ask him to check the price for you. With one cashier and the queue it's quite hard!
