Per una tinta ho speso 140 euro, perchè mi sono stati conteggiati anche servizi non richiesti e nonostante avessi chiesto di limitare al massimo, per mancanza di tempo, i servizi. Non è stato possibile escludere la piega, nonostante avessi richiesto espressamente solo una rapida asciugatura. Nello scontrino mi sono trovata addebitata anche un massaggio al cuoio cappelluto che presumo si sia trattato di 3 premute di cranio, ripeto, NON RICHIESTO, e nonostante avessi richiesto di limitare al massimo il costo ed il tempo della mia seduta. Si presentano come centro di grande cura e relax, ma in un centro commerciale, con il via via, la confusione, la musica alta di sottofondo e le chiacchiere del personale e clientela tutto è, fuorchè un momento di relax. La tinta l'hanno fatta bene, ma mi sono sentita truffata. Confermo che il preventivo è stato fatto. Proprio dopo aver sentito il prezzo infatti ho chiesto di ridurre allo stretto necessario il servizio, perché 140 sono davvero tanti. Lì mi è stato proposto lo sconto. Ora, il massaggio non mi era stato illustrato, altrimenti lo avrei fatto togliere, perché non necessario. La piega non c'è stato verso di toglierla invece. Anche nel momento del pagamento mi sono sentita truffata: il preventivo iniziale era di 140, ho pagato 136. L'ho detto in cassa, e mi è stato detto che ho capito male io. Tornata dall'Inghilterra con un Mullet coi capelli davanti molto corti (chi conosce o ha avuto questo taglio sa che diventa una tragedia poi far crescere i capelli davanti) era molto importante per me trovare uno/a stilista che mi aiutasse a dare una nuova forma al mio viso, in modo che poi i capelli sia davanti che dietro possano crescere bene allineati in futuro. Ho trovato Katia che e' riuscita a consigliarmi e a darmi un taglio corto entrambe le volte, che mi dona molto! Lei ascolta sempre le mie richieste cercando di soddisfarle al meglio, poiche' non sempre basta portare una foto di un taglio e lo si puo' realizzare! Dipende infatti dalla tipologia del capello, del taglio che si ha gia' e cosi' via, e Lei e' sempre molto sincera e realista, mi consiglia sempre quello che e' fattibile fare, e cosa puo' stare bene! E' molto professionale, gentile e molto amichevole! Mi piace molto e La consiglio assolutamente! Anche le altre parrucchiere del posto sono molto amichevoli e gentili e c'e' sempre una bella energia e atmosfera quando metto piede nel salone!
