Ogni membro dello staff aveva un compito preciso e lavorava in sinergia con gli altri. Sono andata per fare una cosa importante: tagliare i capelli e portarli da lunghi a decisamente corti. Non mi avevano mai vista prima, eppure hanno saputo cogliere immediatamente il mio desiderio e lo hanno soddisfatto appieno. Sono uscita con un taglio moderno e di carattere, proprio come lo avevo chiesto. L'importo che ho pagato è congruo, non mi sono dovuta trascinare in chiacchiere che non amo, insomma, mi sono coccolata un'oretta e tornerò certamente. I went there for the first time last week. I found comfort, smiling staff, technology, cleanliness and order, as I like it. Each staff member had a specific task and worked in synergy with the others. I went to do one important thing: cut my hair and wear it from long to very short. They had never seen me before, yet they were able to immediately grasp my desire and fully satisfied it. I came out with a modern style and character, just like I asked for it. The amount I paid is reasonable, I didn't have to drag myself into chatter that I don't like, in short, I pampered myself for an hour and I will certainly return.
