f	fabiola cic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente mi trovo bene con i loro prodotti e mi piacciono molto, ma non tornerei in questo negozio per acquistarli, troppo invadenti, opprimenti, insistenti, nascondono prodotti più economici e più buoni per venderti prodotti a edizione limitata notevolmente più costosi. Per fortuna esistono altri punti vendita! S	Sonia Gentilezza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ anche meno due stelle. personale incompetente e invadente. volevano per forza vendermi di tutto e farmi aderire a promozioni che non mi interessavano nonostante io avessi ripetuto più volte che non ero interessata. ho preso un ombretto perché credevo fosse col contenitore invece era solo la ricarica.. ho aperto la scatola che si vedeva che era già stata aperta e con tono seccato la commessa mi ha detto che avrei dovuto comprarlo ugualmente perché ormai non poteva più venderlo.. scatola che tra l altro era anche rotta.... ho comprato tutto e non ho fatto storie perché non vedevo l'ora di fuggire da quel posto... i prodotti sono ottimi ma il personale no... mi dispiace. even less than two stars. incompetent and intrusive staff. they necessarily wanted to sell me everything and make me join promotions that did not interest me even though I had repeated several times that I was not interested. Assolutamente incompetente il personale all'interno in quanto io incinta al nono mese sono 3 volte che mi fanno tornare per un cambio di colore di una matita perché non si può effettuare senza la responsabile che a quanto pare non è MAI PRESENTE nel punto vendita. Non credo sia normale un comportamento del genere in quanto poi ti chiedono se vuoi acquustarne una del colore giusto. Per vendere possono farlo senza responsabile, un cambio con tanto di scontrino NO. RIDICOLI. I gave a star because less can not be given. Stava lavando una parte di pavimento, le ho chiesto scusa poiché ci stavamo inavvertitamente passando sopra e non ho nemmeno ricevuto una risposta. Dopo di che è nata una piccola discussione nella quale mi è stato detto che io non ero nemmeno una cliente, beh fosse per commesse come lei di sicuro sarebbe così.
