★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo, nonostante le moltissime chiamate per risolvere problemi di connessione, pagamenti di bollette e quant’altro, la società Wish non risponde e rimbalza i problemi di giorni in giorno.
Un servizio davvero pessimo.
L’unica salvezza sono i tecnici che spesso e volentieri fanno più della centrale che spesso non riesce a risolvere la casistica.
Se potessi dare un voto a questo servizio, darei 1.
Bad service, despite the many calls to solve connection problems, bill payments and so on, the Wish company does not respond and bounces the problems from day to day.
A really bad service.
The only salvation are the technicians who often and willingly do more than the power plant which often fails to resolve the cases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistenza zero sotto zero e non parliamo del tecnico se così si può chiamare ,e venuto a montare l’antenna ( lavoro pessimo fili passati esterni col prospetto nuovo ) diceva il tecnico che non si potevano passare dentro i tubi ... dopo un paio di giorni chiamo per segnalare ciò e nessuna assistenza nessuno che mi risponde , ho chiamato un elettricista che ha tolto il filo esterno e lo a messo dentro i tubi in meno di 1 ora ho pagato sia il tecnico che elettricista che si e preso di meno del tecnico ... Assitenza pessima servizio fino a oggi ottimo un consiglio mettete persone competenti come tecnico

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I vostri operatori sono ridicoli. Non siete aperti al dialogo, e non vi interessa se dopo la chiamata il guasto persiste. Non rispondete più vedendo lo stesso numero e sono costretta a richiamare con diversi numeri e quando rispondete con il numero diverso fate solo brutta figura. Per non parlare della rete che non è mai come dovrebbe essere.
Your operators are ridiculous. You are not open to dialogue, and you do not care if the fault persists after the call. You no longer answer seeing the same number and I am forced to call back with different numbers and when you answer with the different number you just look bad. Not to mention the network which is never as it should be.
