Già dal primo momento si sono rivelati dei cafoni, esordendo con: "Sono io che faccio il check-in a voi e non voi che lo fate alla barca". Dopo il primo utilizzo del bagno, la pompa del WC non andava più e, quando lo abbiamo segnalato, ci è stato impedito di smontarla per vedere cosa fosse successo. Il giorno successivo il tizio del charter si è presentato con la pompa nuova e l'ha sostituita, attribuendo la rottura ad un non corretto utilizzo del bagno da parte dei clienti. Ci ha conteggiato 120 euro di pompa e 220 euro per reperimento pompa e manodopera (venti minuti). Analizzando la pompa vecchia, ci siamo accorti che non era rotta ma solo intasata, per cui non era stato un utilizzo improprio a bloccarla, ma solo dello sporco. Lo abbiamo fatto presente al charter e ci ha detto che, se avessimo rimontato quella vecchia e avesse funzionato, non ci avrebbe addebitato nulla. Così abbiamo rimontato la pompa vecchia, dopo averla pulita, e funzionava benissimo. Il giorno successivo ci ha inviato comunque la fattura, facendoci pagare sia la manodopera sia la pompa nuova che si è tenuto. Inoltre, ha dato la colpa allo skipper, dicendo che era inesperto, quando era stato lui stesso a vietarci lo smontaggio della pompa. In sintesi: DISONESTI. I give a star only because it is not possible to give less. From the very first moment they turned out to be peasants, starting with: "It is I who check-in for you and not you who do it to the boat". After the first use of the bathroom, the toilet pump no longer worked and when we reported this we were prevented from taking it apart to see what had happened. The next day the charter guy showed up with the new pump and replaced it, attributing the breakdown to incorrect use of the bathroom by the customers. He charged us 120 euros for the pump and 220 euros for finding the pump and labor (twenty minutes). Analyzing the old pump, we realized that it was not broken but only clogged, so it was not an improper use that blocked it, but only dirt. We mentioned this to the charter and he told us that if we refitted the old one and it worked, he wouldn't charge us anything. So we reassembled the old pump, after cleaning it, and it worked great. The next day he sent us the invoice anyway, charging us for both the labor and the new pump that was kept. Also, he blamed the skipper, saying he was inexperienced, when he himself forbade us to disassemble the pump. In summary: DISHONEST.
