Booked 3 days in advance, arrived on d-day, no answers, people present, we waited 2 hours on site before leaving.

Arrivés au port, personne... nous appelons le numéro et là on tombe sur un italien qui ne comprend pas l'anglais et qui nous hurle dessus en disant qu'il n'y a pas de bateau et me raccroche au nez! Inadmissible, pas professionnel, je ne recommande pas du tout cette compagnie!
Horrible! To avoid, we had booked a boat for today with Andréa via Whats up!
Arrived at the port, no one ... we call the number and there we come across an Italian who does not understand English and who yells at us saying that there is no boat and hangs up on me! Inadmissible, unprofessional, I do not recommend this company at all!
