Per concludere, il mio PocketCube funziona benissimo ma soprattutto é ció che serviva a me.

Come vedo non ha assolutamente ascoltato nulla di ciò che le detto telefonicamente alla presenza del suo collega della sede Tre di Crema. Lei non ha dettagliato i costi del cambio tariffa con le rate rimanenti del telefono precedente e la rata finale. Cosa che il suo collega della Coop di Crema ha prontamente fatto per l'altro mio telefono. Considerato che ancora mancavano tre mesi, se lei mi avesse elencato tutti i costi che al cambio tariffa mi verranno di fatto addebitati oltre ai 19.90, avrei avuto la possibilità di decidere se aspettare la scadenza naturale del contratto, se cambiare compagnia telefonica o magari avrei fatto tutto lo stesso. Si chiama trasparenza e professionalità cosa che lei, mi spiace non ha avuto. Io non parlavo della nuova tariffa e del nuovo telefono... Per consiglio impari di più ad ascoltare... E ai clienti spieghi sempre tutto e non dia mai niente per scontato.
A titolo di cronaca è stato aperto un reclamo presso la sede centrale della Tre informando l'associazione consumatori Adiconsum.

Considering that there were still three months left, if you had listed all the costs that at the rate change will actually be charged in addition to 19.90, I would have had the chance to decide whether to wait for the natural expiration of the contract, if to change telephone company or maybe I would have done all the same. It is called transparency and professionalism, which you are sorry I did not have. I wasn't talking about the new rate and the new phone ... For advice, you learn more to listen ... And customers always explain everything and never take anything for granted.
For the record, a complaint was lodged at the headquarters of Tre informing the consumer association Adiconsum.
