Totalmente incompetenti, lenti nel servire, regna un caos che non si capisce nulla, ho parlato con tre diversi gestori nessuno in grado di risolvermi il problema creato da loro. Prima mi hanno fatto attivare una scheda nuova per poi passarci il mio vecchi numero dopo alcuni giorni, ma poi, appena sono ritornato mi hanno detto che purtroppo non era possibile passarci il mio vecchi numero e facendomelo perdere e fregandomi cosi 25 EURO. Per recuperare il mio vecchio numero sono andato da un altra negozio e ho dovuto passare a TIM per poi ritornare a TRE con un altra scheda spendendo altri soldi. Da evitare assolutamente.
I strongly advise against it. Totally incompetent, slow in serving, chaos reigns that nothing is understood, I spoke with three different managers, nobody able to solve the problem created by them. First they made me activate a new card and then passed my old number to it after a few days, but then, as soon as I got back, they told me that unfortunately it was not possible to pass my old number and making me lose it and I didn't care about 25 EURO. To retrieve my old number, I went to another shop and had to switch to TIM and then return to TRE with another card, spending more money. To absolutely avoid.
