Sono una pizzeria da asporto e quindi ci si rivolge per la celerità del servizio. Comunico loro che arriverò alle 21, mi dicono che va bene ma che inizieranno a farla immediatamente ma solo una volta lì (già è un insulto non fidarsi di un tuo cliente fisso che tra l'altro abita a poche centinaia di metri). Arrivato lì trovo almeno una decina di persone in fila e mi dicono con indifferenza che avrei dovuto aspettare, senza nemmeno scusarsi per non averlo comunicato prima. Nessuno pretende il servizio immediato, ma professionalità e buona educazione si, ancora di più per un cliente fisso. Hanno perso un cliente per sempre. When it gets busy, home delivery takes a while but is really to be expected. The pizza maker was awesome. The cash register girl seemed nice as well, I gotta see her when there is a rush.
