Negozio di telefonia che non risponde neanche al telefono indicato. Dovrò tornare li a risolvere un problema legato all'acquisto di una nuova scheda Wind , venduta dicendo che sopra avrei trovato 10€ invece ne avevo 0,01.

Staffs are friendly and accommodating.

We bought two Vodafone sim card and the seller asked if he could register both numbers with just one passport. We agreed. A couple of months later we needed assistance and called Vodafone. They told us one of our numbers is not registered under the name we gave but under someone from Bangladesh (the seller was from Bangladesh so we assume he registered it under his own name). Also he did not tell us that if we didn’t recharge our phone before the month was finished the sim card would be blocked. For unblocking the sim card you need to pay an extra 15 euro over the value of the plan you want to buy. They shop’s phone does not work either. Overall our experience with Vodafone has been terrible. For starters the way their plans work is full of “small letter” wich makes you end up paying much more than what they say. We were supposed to pay 45 euros for having internet 3 months. That would be 25 euros the first month plus 10 euros each of the other 2 months. We ended up paying 85 euros!!! 25 euros the first month, the second me bought a cars for recharging in a small shop (10 euros). As the month was finished (as they said) these 10 euro were finished after 1 hour not even being able to send one message as the the old plan was deactivated. Then the sim card got “blocked” and we needed to pay 15 euros to activate it again plus 10 euros for the new plan. The next month we payed the 10 euros for the third month and in the middle of the month it stopped working. Supposedly there was an extra service of 2 euros (that they never mentioned) with left the account with no money thus making internet stop as well. We needed to pay 5 euro extra to keep internet running (they do not accept less than 5 euro when recharging). 85 euros in total! They are thieves!! On top of all we had to be on the phone with one of their attendants wich was very rude. I don’t recomend this company (and this shop in particular) to anyone.

It's a fine place for people from Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh etc because they speak Urdu, Bangali, and English. I'd recommend people to do the services by your own or from online store like Amazon. For other services, go to official franchises. Prefer Italian franchises if you're a foreigner since they also help a lot and can speak English.
