★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale veramente disponibile, ho un amico che melo ha consigliato vivamente. Io volevo un iphone e in nessun negozio mi accettavano soluzioni senza carta di credito, con loro.. Be.. Tempistica ed efficenza mi hanno portato ad avere finalmente uno dei migliori telefoni in circolazione.
Really helpful staff, I have a friend who recommended it to me. I wanted an iphone and in no shop they accepted solutions without a credit card, with them .. Well .. Timing and efficiency have led me to finally have one of the best phones around.

Passato con il numero ad altro operatore per avere uno sconto e attivato SIM Windtre, con passaggio del mio numero. Lo sconto non è stato attivato. Il mio numero anche dopo un mese non l'ho avuto. Cosa che mi ha causato un infinità di problemi. Non sono riuscita ad andare da loro di persona perchè non ero fisicamente a Merano per alcune settimane. Una volta mi hanno risposto al telefono e poi mai più. Ho lasciato un messaggio alla segreteria telefonica, mai più avuto risposta. Ho avuto grandi problemi con il passaggio del mio "vecchio" numero, e se non fosse stato per il negozio Windtre di fronte, mi sa che ancora oggi il problema non era risolto.
Unfortunately I have not had a positive experience with them. Windtre contract also signed for WIFI at home. Passed the number to another operator to get a discount and activated SIM Windtre, with the passage of my number. The discount has not been activated. I didn't have my number after a month. Which caused me a multitude of problems. I was unable to go to them in person because I was not physically in Merano for a few weeks. Once they answered the phone and never again. I left a message on the answering machine, never answered. I had big problems with the passage of my "old" number, and if it hadn't been for the Windtre store opposite, I know that still today the problem was not solved.
