★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dispiace recensire negativamente un locale ma purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata negativa. Illustro i fatti: portato in riparazione il Mate 10 lite per sostituire lo schermo lunedì, al martedì sera senza che questi presentasse alcunché di pressioni o urti, lo trovavo rotto.
Recatomi stamattina, le uniche due risposte ricevute sono state mi dispiace non rientra in garanzia, se vuole le faccio lo sconto sulla nuova sostituzione.
Ho preferito andar via senza fare inutili discussioni.
Grazie comunque per il lavoro fatto, ma mi recherò da altri per far riparare il mio telefono.
Sorry to negatively review a place but unfortunately my experience was negative. I illustrate the facts: I brought the Mate 10 lite to repair to replace the screen on Monday, on Tuesday evening without it showing any pressure or impact, I found it broken.
Recatomi this morning, the only two responses received were sorry it is not covered by the warranty, if you want I will give you a discount on the new replacement.
I preferred to leave without unnecessary discussions.
Thanks anyway for the work done, but I will go to others to have my phone repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un cellulare el il display nuovo comprato da me. Mi hanno subito detto che non riparano niente con ricambi che non siano forniti da loro stessi. Mi sembra comunque una posizione seria e comprensibile. Quindi tanto di cappello per serietà.
I brought a cell phone and the new display I bought. They immediately told me that they do not repair anything with spare parts that are not supplied by themselves. However, it seems to me a serious and understandable position. So hats off for seriousness.
