★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono passato a Wind recandomi in questo negozio. Sono dovuto andare due volte ed entrambe le volte mi sono trovato bene. Il personale ha svolto il proprio lavoro con correttezza e senza perdite di tempo. E inoltre sono molto pazienti anche nei confronti di clienti che devono questioni che richiedono molto tempo.
 I went to Wind by going to this shop. I had to go twice and both times I felt comfortable. The staff did their job correctly and without wasting time. And they are also very patient with customers who need time consuming issues.

Davanti all'evidenza, al telefono con operatore del servizio clienti wind, "casa madre" mantenevano le loro ragioni dal punto di vista commerciale.
Grazie a questi sig. ri la azienda che rappresentano ha perso un cliente ed in più i suoi familiari anch'essi con wind.
Very bad experience

Thanks to these Mr. the company they represent has lost a customer and its family members also with wind.

Avevo bisogno di assistenza per poter estendere i giga illimitati di Internet 200 (per casa) sulla mia sim WindTre (ex 3). Dal 159 mi hanno consigliato di passare in negozio per poterlo fare, in quanto non possibile da remoto. Purtroppo, in negozio, ho trovato una commessa poco professionale e maleducata che non solo non ha tentato di attivare il servizio ma mi ha detto che i negozi fisici non si occupano di queste questioni. Al mio ribattere, ha insistito. Ho pertanto cambiato negozio e lì, nel giro di 5 minuti, il servizio è stato attivato senza alcun problema e con gentilezza.
Questo comportamento non è ammissibile, fa perdere clienti al negozio e alla compagnia telefonica ed è abbastanza sgradevole perchè fa perdere tempo a noi clienti.
Spero non si ripeta più con altre persone. Io sicuramente non metterò più piede in quel negozio.
Unfortunately it is not possible to give 0 stars, otherwise I would have.
I needed assistance to be able to extend the unlimited gigabytes of Internet 200 (per home) on my WindTre sim (ex 3). From 159 they advised me to go to the store to be able to do it, as it is not possible remotely. Unfortunately, in the shop, I found an unprofessional and rude shop assistant who not only did not attempt to activate the service but told me that physical stores do not deal with these issues. On my reply, he insisted. I therefore changed shops and there, within 5 minutes, the service was activated without any problems and with kindness.
This behavior is not permissible, it makes customers lose to the store and the telephone company and is quite unpleasant because it makes us customers waste time.
I hope it doesn't happen again with other people. I will definitely never set foot in that shop again.

La cortesia e professionalità che abbiamo trovato in tutti loro è stata unica e difficilmente riscontrabile in altri negozi WINDTRE della zona.
Thanks to Francesco and all the staff for their availability, perseverance and patience in helping us manage a very complex situation linked to a fixed line, following the death of a family member.
The courtesy and professionalism we found in all of them was unique and difficult to find in other WINDTRE stores in the area.

During our experience in the store, we ran into some rude people. However, Wind team was absolutely professional and efficient. In the end, they dealt with this situation quite well.
I’d strongly recommend this Windstore.
