★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estremamente soddisfatta! Il negozio WindTre più competente in tutta Trieste. Gli operatori sono molto cortesi ma soprattutto professionali! Capiscono velocemente il problema e cercano un modo di risolverlo cosa che non accade in nessun altro negozio visto che si fermano alla prima difficoltà e sono impreparati soprattutto dopo l'acquisizione della 3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si aspetta parecchio ma poi il personale è cortese e spiega bene anche se l'argomento telefonia è veramente un garbuglio e sembra talvolta poco limpido nei confronti degli utenti.

Momento di fare contratto mi avevano assicurato che non c'era bisogno di fare entrare tecnico in casa, avrebbe fatto tutto da centralina, dato he avevo avuto già linea fissa e avevo conservato la presa del telefono, invece ho ricevuto sms e chiamate per fissare appuntamento con tecnico Non rispondono mai al telefono, sono riuscita a parlare oggi dopo due giorni di tentativi, molto vaghi su dove pagare, in contanti detto di andare dove si gioca enalotto ma impossibile non sono informati, ho fatto alle torri dopo aver girato tanti posti, servizio inpreciso e confusionario

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho attivato da loro un contratto mobile e l'operatrice mi ha detto che "in automatico" venivano consegnate 2 SIM di cui una "in omaggio" disattivabile poi dall'applicazione della Wind.
Bene, la sim non è disattivabile dall'applicazione e in più essendo passati i termini mi trovo a pagare una penale dopo aver visto anche i costi della SIM scalati dal conto corrente.
Torno in negozio per spiegare il problema e dicono che loro sono stati chiari, al massimo sono io che non ho capito e non ho fatto le cose come si deve.
Risultato: spiegazione mendace pur di vendere (tanto sanno che nessuno legge mai tutto il contratto), mesi di costi non voluti ed evitabili e penale per la disdetta.
Personale scortese e per nulla volto all'assistenza del cliente ma solamente alla vendita.
Nel mentre ero lì di fianco a me un altro cliente lamentava di aver avuto problemi in fase di attivazione di un altro contratto, ho fatto notare che forse non stavano lavorando bene in fase di vendita e mi è stato risposto di farmi i fatti miei e non ascoltare le cose degli altri (l'altro cliente purtroppo era a meno di un metro da me all'altro sportello -a proposito di distanze di sicurezza- e quindi ho sentito pur non avendone intenzione).
Sgarbati, maleducati e quantomeno poco corretti.
I activated a mobile contract from them and the operator told me that "automatically" 2 SIMs were delivered, one of which was "free" which could then be deactivated from the Wind application.
Well, the sim cannot be deactivated from the application and in addition, as the terms have passed, I find myself paying a penalty after having also seen the costs of the SIM deducted from the current account.
I go back to the shop to explain the problem and they say that they have been clear, at most it is I who did not understand and I did not do things properly.
Result: false explanation just to sell (they know that no one ever reads the whole contract), months of unwanted and avoidable costs and penalty for cancellation.
Rude staff and not at all aimed at customer assistance but only for sales.
While I was there next to me another customer complained of having had problems in the activation phase of another contract, I pointed out that perhaps they were not working well in the sales phase and I was told to mind my own business and not listen to the things of others (the other customer was unfortunately less than a meter from me at the other counter - about safety distances - and so I heard even though I didn't intend to).
Rude, rude and at least unfair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente un negozio che fa quel che promette. I dipendenti sono tutti molto gentili, efficienti ma soprattutto disponibili spiegarti bene le cose. Ho avuto un’esperienza particolarmente positiva con una ragazza molto paziente.
Finally a shop that does what it promises. The employees are all very kind, efficient but above all available to explain things to you well. I had a particularly positive experience with a very patient girl.
