★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a loro in seguito a smarrimento di telefono con relativa sim wind e portafogli. Il commesso, per rifarmi la scheda col mio numero, pretendeva il tesserino sanitario originale. Ho provato a spiegargli che, avendolo smarrito, avevo con me regolare denuncia di smarrimento fatta ai carabinieri. Nulla da fare.
Naturalmente mi sono rivolto a un altro centro wind e mi hanno rifatto la scheda.
 I turned to them after I lost my phone and related sim wind and wallets. The salesman, to redo the card with my number, wanted the original health card. I tried to explain to him that, having lost it, I had a regular report of loss to the carabinieri with me. Nothing to do.
Naturally I turned to another wind center and they rebuilt the card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata per avere chiarimenti sulla tariffa che pago. A parte indirizzarmi al numero telefonico dedicato ho trovato una persona poco disponibile, al limite della sgarberia. Ho fatto quello che dovevo fare, e me ne sono andata. Peccato, volevo vedere anche un telefono, andrò altrove.
I went to get clarification on the rate I pay. Apart from addressing the dedicated telephone number, I found a person not very helpful, bordering on rudeness. I did what I had to do, and I left. Too bad, I also wanted to see a phone, I'll go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera,in data odierna alle h 17.30 mi sono recata presso il vs punto di Casetta Mattei centro commerciale Roma per cambiare cellulare come previsto dal mio pacchetto.Premesso che la mattina avevo chiamato il 159 per avere conferma che si potesse fare , dopo aver atteso circa 40 minuti perchè le addette non erano sicure se si potesse fare,ed hanno cominciato a chiamare l'assistenza, ma fino a qui tutto normale, sono stata mandata via dicendomi di tornare perchè NONOSTANTE AVESSERO AVUTO CONFERMA DAL VS NUMERO VERDE che NON dovessi pagare penali non erano sicure lo stesso e mi hanno detto che al momento della sottoscrizione FORSE sarebbe uscita una penale. O piu' semplicemente siccome si era creata la fila si erano abbastanza seccate e mi hanno detto di tornare. Ho preso il permesso dal lavoro per effettuare questo cambio, ed essere liquidata in questo modo non lo accetto proprio.
Tra l'altro mi hanno SCONSIGLIATO di effettuare il cambio perchè non conveniente.

Or more simply, as the queue had formed, they were quite annoyed and told me to come back. I took leave from work to make this change, and being liquidated in this way I just don't accept it.
Among other things, I have NOT RECOMMENDED to make the change because it is not convenient.

Dopo un mese il telefono ha iniziato a darmi problemi, credevo fosse per l'aggiornamento, dopo altri due mesi porto il telefono in assistenza, ma chiedo alla ragazza se posso lasciare la mascherina, mi dice che l'assistenza lo prende senza.. Dopo 20 giorni circa mi ridanno il telefono con schermo rigato cosa che io vedo appena torno a casa e lo tolgo dalla busta, chiamo per chiedere informazioni sull'accaduto, mi dicono che manderanno una mail all'assistenza per avere informazioni.. Le ragazze non le ho sentite, sto chiamando al negozio da mezz'ora nessuna risposta.. Un pago un s21 di 5 mesi con schermo rigato 1470 euro perché c'è anche la promo con la scheda e niente.. Ho praticamente un telefono usato.. fantastico!
I bought a Samsung s21 in installments the girl was very kind .. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza da ottima pagatrice e cliente da 10 anni, la Wind é stata scorretta e mi ha tolto una maxi rata finale del contratto telefonico nonostante la clausola fosse differente. Il negozio della Wind, a casetta Mattei, si é presentato in modo indisponente e ha delegato la risoluzione al numero 159 e alla chat automatica. Per concludere entrambi, il numero e la chat, fatalità presentano un numero troppo grande di richieste e chiudono la conversazione.
