Went to this store because I saw the lycamobile signs in their window and I was having trouble with my lycamobile sim upon entering Italy.
The man told me that lycamobile would not work in Italy and I would have to buy a new sim. Not sure why they were advertising lycamobile that case.
Managed to fix the issue myself and continue using the same sim, so he was obviously lying.
