★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare! Sono stata truffata con informazioni sbagliate che mi hanno causato la perdita di molto denaro. Segnalato l'accaduto non sono stata minimamente rimborsata ma anzi trattata in modo maleducato e davvero vergognoso!
 Avoid! I was scammed with misinformation which caused me to lose a lot of money. Reported what happened I was not in the least refunded but rather treated in a rude and really shameful way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il peggior negozio di Wind che ho frequentato , informazioni non completa, basta infilare un contratto. Al telefono maleducati ti mandano avanti-indietro e per loro il tuo tempo non vale niente. Da evitare assolutamente.
The worst Wind shop I attended, information not complete, just insert a contract. They rude you back and forth on the phone and your time is worth nothing. To be avoided absolutely.

Real scammers !!! I was tricked into switching to Wind with the consequent loss of credit. In addition, a 5 € SIM was sold to me for € 10 and I have not been reimbursed for the amount stolen. To be avoided absolutely!

Excellent welcome and availability, in my case to solve a problem on the Wind fiber line. The assistance is carried out by three operators with excellent competence, therefore minimum waiting times and response to problems. Excellent reference point for Wind / Infostrada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il voto è la media tra la disponibilità del personale (5 stelle) e l'inefficienza di windtre che in 10 giorni non è riuscita a concretizzare un semplice cambio di gestore con portabilità del numero. Un consiglio ai titolari, passate voi a un altro gestore, diversamente perderete clienti pur non avendo colpa alcuna.
The rating is the average between the availability of the staff (5 stars) and the inefficiency of windtre which in 10 days has failed to achieve a simple change of manager with portability of the number. A tip to the owners, you pass to another manager, otherwise you will lose customers while not having any fault.
