Ho fatto presente il problema via mail e sono stata assistita in maniera egregia e tempestiva e con grande gentilezza. Alla fine ho ricevuto le mie fantastiche scarpe (che avevano fatto il giro d'Italia nel frattempo) in Sicilia in tempi brevissimi. Se ci fossero 10 stelle da assegnare lo farei.
They made me happy! I bought some shoes which, for my mistake, I had delivered in Rome while I was in Sicily for a month. I reported the problem via e-mail and was assisted in an excellent and timely manner and with great kindness. In the end I received my fantastic shoes (which had made the tour of Italy in the meantime) in Sicily in a very short time. If there were 10 stars to be awarded I would do it.

Al di la' della qualita' del servizio top, ho pure acquistato al prezzo piu' basso in Europa (nello specifico felpa Converse) e dopo lunghe ricerche.
