Cercavo un secondo piumino M della Patagonia lo sweater down hoody ma aveva disponibile solo la taglia L.
Chiedendo se aveva solo quello ho ottenuto una risposta secca… “ ho solo quella taglia” nulla di più.
Il cliente lo devi assistere, lo devi coccolare, chiedi almeno quando entra un cliente cosa sta cercando e perlomeno nel mio caso se ero interessato a ordinarlo, se era possibile. Se non è interesse del commerciante a vendere di chi deve essere??
Comprerò direttamente nel negozio online Patagonia.

I was looking for a second Patagonia M down jacket the sweater down hoody but it was only available in size L.
Asking if he only had that one I got a dry answer ... "I only have that size" nothing more.
You have to assist the customer, you have to pamper him, at least ask when a customer comes in what he is looking for and at least in my case if I was interested in ordering it, if it was possible. If it is not in the trader's interest to sell who should it be?
I will buy directly in the Patagonia online store.
