Vergognosa "accoglienza" ( o dovrei dire "essere letteralmente scacciati via come cani randagi") riservata alla mia compagna in visita in città e al sottoscritto, perché arrivati a 15 minuti da chiusura.Non essendo alla Rinascente ed essendo il negozio piuttosto piccolo e modesto la mia compagna non ci avrebbe messo più di 5 minuti a chiedere la misura di un paio di scarpe. Ma nemmeno messo piede sento la commessa di turno "Via via via siamo quasi chiusi" ...con il piglio di chi allontana un cane randagio. Bene, se voleva rimanere da sola a gingillarsi con il cellulare invece di lavorare penso che in molti eviteranno questo negozietto e la maleducazione di chi vende articoli che si possono trovare a pochi passi UGUALI anche dai cinesi. La cui accoglienza è mooooooolto più professionale e calorosa! Pessima esperienze, sconsiglio vivamente!
A star just because you can't get less. Shameful "welcome" (or should I say "to be literally chased away like stray dogs") reserved for my partner visiting the city and myself, because they arrived within 15 minutes of closing. Not being at La Rinascente and being the shop rather small and modest it wouldn't take my partner more than 5 minutes to ask for a pair of shoes size. But not even when I set foot I hear the clerk on duty "Gradually we are almost closed" ... with the air of someone who turns away a stray dog. Well, if she wanted to be alone to play around with her cell phone instead of working I think many will avoid this little shop and the rudeness of those who sell items that can be found within SAME steps even from the Chinese. Whose welcome is soooooo more professional and warm! Bad experiences, I strongly advise against!
