La risposta è stata che devo portarli dal calzolaio a mie spese. Non è tanto per il costo esiguo che vale l'operazione di cucitura, però se è questo il servizio in um negozio, tanto vale comprare online. I brought a pair of ankle boots to change them since after 3 days the buttonhole that was used to help them was broken. The answer was that I have to take them to the shoemaker at my expense. It is not so much for the small cost that the sewing operation is worth, but if this is the service in the store, you might as well buy it online.

Le commesse sono brave ma di questi tempi non basta, i commercianti dovrebbero essere più simpatici. Pessimo!
