Hanno affermato si potessero fare delle modifiche ad un vestito, quando poi una vera sarta professionista mi ha spiegato che non erano fattibili, ma la cosa peggiore è che mi hanno fatto pagare un vestito per il quale non avevano la taglia e per il quale mi hanno proposto di avvisarmi quando arrivava per provarlo SENZA IMPEGNO, salvo poi aggiungerlo al conto finale senza avvisare (purtroppo me ne sono accorta solo dopo che mi hanno lasciato lo scontrino del POS e non hanno neanche voluto annullare l'operazione effettuata).
Incompetent shop assistants who give wrong and conflicting information just to sell ... They claimed that changes could be made to a dress, when a real professional seamstress explained to me that they were not feasible, but the worst thing is that they made me pay a dress for which they did not have the size and for which they proposed to notify me when it arrived to try it on WITHOUT COMMITMENT, only to add it to the final bill without notifying (unfortunately I realized it only after they left me the receipt of the POS and not they even wanted to cancel the operation carried out).
