Ufficio male organizzato, dopo diverse mail con tutti i documenti necessari inviati, ancora non hanno creato il dossier e non si capisce che deve seguire la ns. pratica. Mai rispondono alle mail, e al telefono sempre persone diverse e nessuno sa mai nulla. Ad un certo punto neanche rispondono più alle telefonate.
In vista agli atti che devo fare con loro, speriamo bene perché questo mese e mezzo hanno dimostrato di essere veramente poco professionale e per niente organizzato.

Badly organized office, after several emails with all the necessary documents sent, they have not yet created the dossier and it is not clear that it must follow our. practice. They never reply to emails, and on the phone there are always different people and nobody ever knows anything. At one point they don't even answer phone calls anymore.
In view of the acts I have to do with them, let's hope for the best because this month and a half they have shown that they are really unprofessional and not organized at all.
