★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L appartement est conforme aux photos! Attention par contre; il est en sous sol donc pas de luminosité naturelle; pas de terrasse. La situation géographique est impeccable dans le quartier Monti; la gare termini est à 12min à pied ; le Colisée 15 min; commerces à proximité ; quartier vivant mais la rue de l appartement est calme.
The apartment is consistent with the photos! Be careful though; it is in the basement so no natural brightness; no terrace. The location is impeccable in the Monti district; Termini station is 12min walk; the Coliseum 15 min; Shops nearby ; living area but the street of the apartment is quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservamos con cancelación gratuita pero dos días antes de la entrada, había vencido ese plazo y dimos positivo en covid. Pedí la excepción de cancelar sin coste y al momento me cobraron toda la reserva, no una noche ni parte de la reserva. Según me indicaron en la plataforma de reservas, estaban en su derecho, como yo lo estoy de resaltar esa poca deferencia, ni indicarme un posible cambio de fechas o alguna otra alternativa.
Por cierto, fijarse en las fotos y comentarios, que no tiene ventanas, no vaya a ser demasiado cueva.
We booked with free cancellation but two days before entry, that deadline had expired and we tested positive for covid. I asked for the exception of canceling without cost and at the moment they charged me for the entire reservation, not one night or part of the reservation. As they indicated to me on the reservation platform, they were within their rights, as I am to highlight that little deference, nor indicate a possible change of dates or any other alternative.
By the way, look at the photos and comments, it does not have windows, it will not be too cave.
