★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due interventi: riparazione lavatrice a domicilio in garanzia, puntuale efficace e gentile; reset "a distanza" della lavastoviglie fuori garanzia, fatto al telefono senza spese in due minuti (quando avrebbero potuto benissimo mandarmi un tecnico e farmi pagare l'intervento) quindi anche onesti. Grazie!
Two interventions: washing machine repair at home under warranty, punctual, effective and kind; "remote" reset of the dishwasher out of warranty, done over the phone free of charge in two minutes (when they could very well have sent me a technician and made me pay for the intervention) therefore also honest. Thank you!
