★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo cercato 2 caschi per lo scooter (donna e uomo). Prima abbiamo guardato sul sito (fatto benissimo con tanta scelta) e poi siamo andati nel negozio a Bolzano. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, c'era un ragazzo giovane, molto gentile e disponibile.
We looked for 2 helmets for the scooter (woman and man). First we looked on the website (done very well with a lot of choice) and then we went to the shop in Bolzano. We had a great time, there was a young guy, very kind and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A settembre dell'anno scorso ho acquistato un navigatore per moto Garmin Zumo XT. Purtroppo, dopo poco tempo, l'apparecchio è risultato difettoso di conseguenza l'ho riportato in negozio per farlo inviare all'assistenza Garmin. Dopo mie varie telefonate, a inizio 2022, dello Zumo non si sapeva ancora nulla. A febbraio, il nuovo responsabile Christian, ha preso in mano la situazione e dopo pochi giorni mi ha contattato per informarmi che il dispositivo era stato sostituito con uno nuovo ed era disponibile per il ritiro in negozio. Pertanto ringrazio il Sig. Christian per la cortesia, la disponibilità e l'efficenza dimostrata.
In September last year, I bought a Garmin Zumo XT motorcycle navigator. Unfortunately, after a short time, the device was defective and consequently I took it back to the shop to have it sent to Garmin service. After my various phone calls, at the beginning of 2022, nothing was known about the Zumo. In February, the new manager Christian took matters into his own hands and after a few days he contacted me to inform me that the device had been replaced with a new one and was available for collection in the store. Therefore I thank Mr. Christian for the courtesy, availability and efficiency shown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big disappointment. I bought a Shoei GT Air 2 helmet, at home after unpacking I found out that there is nothing in the PINLOCK package, so PINLOCK is missing. Given that we are from a distance, it is really not worth going to complain about this and it is also not at all certain that this complaint would be accepted.
