★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ha fatto un ciclo di lavaggio senza detersivo. Ho provato a chiamare. Nessuna risposta. Ho acquistato il detersivo all'Esselunga e Ho rifatto il lavaggio con il mio detersivo. Ho speso il doppio più il detersivo. Ho lasciato un messaggio in chat. Nessuna risposta. Mai più!
He gave me a wash cycle without detergent. I tried to call. No reply. I bought the Esselunga detergent and I redid the wash with my detergent. I spent twice as much on detergent. I left a chat message. No reply. Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Laundry is clean and the machines are in good condition, BUT it says that detergent is included. I used a washer that washed without any detergent at all. I had to go to the supermarket, buy the detergent and wash my clothes again. Over one hour and €9 to do 1 washer. The assistance doesn't answer. Regular clients told me it's normal and you always have to bring your own detergent. Why not say so? I didn't want to spend the day here.
